Overall it was a great way to spend the day between a cruise arrival in the morning and an evening flight. I would give this full marks but we had a bad experience upon arrival. The bellman handled our luggage very aggressively and broke the handle on one of our suitcases. As we were travelling international we had to discard this suitcase and buy a new one. The front desk offered nothing.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was spotless. There were two problems: the key did not work and it required me to make five- yes five- trips back to reception before someone actually fixed it. Also, I was checked in from 10-5, and during that time the maids knocked on the door three times in the afternoon to ask whether I was gone yet- even when I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign up.
