In the heart of the Grenoble Europole district, the Hüb has been designed as a "multi-living" residence, welcoming a variety of visitors in the same place. On the ground floor, the Spöt, a 150m2 coliving area, completed by the Patiö, a 500m2 outdoor garden, houses a lounge-snacking bar area, a relaxation and coworking area as well as a fitness room...
